I don’t recall our primitive ancestors hunting berry bushes they were hunting bison and buffalo and every kind of animal out there so don’t tell me a meat diet is only recently in the last 200 years.(By the way when have you ever seen a caveman drawing berry bushes and plants on cave walls? They only drew us hunting of animals. The only change the last 200 years of our diets have been all the added sugar they put in stuff I’ve been on keto on and off for years and my blood sugars have been fine when I’m on it and I feel better.
