I’ve played the entire Gran Turismo series since PS1.. and I have to say, there is parts of this game which are spectacular, then there is this continuous feeling of “nothing feels different” Bringing back the car collecting campaign is great, and to be real, the way the car reacts is the closest to real life it’s ever going to get… I mean it’s scary how accurate it is, so on the flip side you might think that’s all I want from a driving game. But I was left wanting more… in fact no, not more. Something different. Standard licence tasks, standard Sunday Cup etc that we love in GT games… but the lack of “New” and “Exciting” made me feel like for all the good there is… I wasted £79.99… I hate to say it, but it’s how I’ve felt. If this was the first time you picked up a GT game… you would fall in love, but whilst graphically, audio, real life handling its game changing… it just wasn’t what I expected.
