as someone who read the book series i was disappointed that they changed so so much unnecessarily. Other than that the show was good. The production, cinematics, acting but it could have been way better if they followed the book completely. Like they totally skipped andie's journal and how pip interviewed elliot twice plus how they recreated sal driving to howies house. I also didn't like how they they changed the entire andie elliot story because it was totally different in the book and how they made Nat Andies best friend and alot of other things that were different from the book. But Im sure that those who haven't read the series will love the show
