I watched the show where tires and wheels left vehicles hitting cars and other things. I had a friend that got his camper hit head-on by a truck tire wheel combination. That is not the problem it was the announcer telling that some agency said be sure to check air pressure in your tires. Air pressure has nothing to do with a wheel coming off a vehicle it is the owners neglect in checking wheels on a regular basis. When I worked in the tire business people would come in with a vibration \. Up on investigation we have found wheels with only one lug nut still holding a wheel on to wheel that have been run loose for so long the holes are worn out. Just want to set the record straight that tire pressure has nothing to do with loosing a wheel.
