John Heilemann should publicly apologize for his comments this morning about the Diamondbacks. When the cast was discussing the NL playoffs, his comment was about the team that wins the first game between the Braves and Mets should not play there regulars so they both make it. He said “Screw the Diamondbacks”. That’s not what professional sports is about. Players are paid very well to play the game at 100%. To purposely throw a game so “you can screw the team that played its guts out” Is disgusting. You should apologize to all of the Diamondbacks fans in Arizona and around the country for your words this morning. Shame on you. Morning Joe has lost an everyday viewer.
