This is an amazing book. Very well written and difficult to put down! One German boy, two English girls and a Carrier Pigeon during the Second World War. Without giving anything away the story flows beautifully with tinges of humour and sadness but also delight at the twists. There are some deep moments with a hint of a sequel that I cannot wait to read. The author is very talented and has fully researched her subjects. I would most certainly recommend this book.
