While the original movie was great and the criticism on society comes over as genuine the tv show is basically a forced woke S##t show with the these days required LGBTQ elements......

In all the wokeness this movie was surrounded by and all the inclusivity I think it's rather funny that on the Nazi space ship everybody bad without expectation was white guys.....must have been a coincidence.....the only reason I even give this two stars is for the great special effects this movie has.....otherwise it's just liberal porn......I won't even go into the coal for space ships and handcranking big guns because many other already talked about it....it's a long way for it to become a cheap knock off from star wars like same compare it to....

I must say it all looks great. They did great attention to detail when it comes to items used in the game. I didn't watch all episodes yet but it seems they stayed away from woke nonsense which makes it even greater......

I am aware that in today's games lgbtq content is already expected. So I was surprised when I bought this old game in 2024. But maybe I just got the lgbtq edition because all I think is missing in this game is the rainbow flag on the ship and uniforms...I will think twice if I buy the new mass effect coming out this year. The only religious character is a lesbian....it doesn't get any funnier....and to side track a guard in one mission my male character is supposed to kiss another male??? No thanks....

Since I like movies like this I had to of course watch it...I was warned about the two producers. And of course it didn't disappoint..nothing but liberal porn and then ends without anything....what a complete waste of time.....it looks like the movie was just produced to stir racial hatred.....which of course wouldn't be a surprise with the Obamas....

More woke then funny fantasy comedy.....

I love SciFi...always did. Star Wars or Star Trek Doctor Who and whatever.....I never read Dune or watched any versions before this movie or played the game....I heard about it but never tried any of it. So when I saw this now offered on Netflix and I saw the mostly positive reviews I thought I better give this movie a shot. Boy do I wish I wouldn't have wasted 2 and a half hours of my time. The movie moves slow as molasses. I was amazed I didn't fall asleep with the constant meditation music they play. It was like watching paint dry. So much of it looked stolen from star wars and other SciFi. The helicopter they were flying reminded me of the silly ones they used in The Lexx. Which was a very silly and low budget looking show but at least that series was funny to watch.I was wondering at times if I am watching a SciFi movie or a documentation of a middle eastern tribe from the desert and such. I for sure won't do it to myself to watch the second part if it ever comes out.

Yeah I don't understand it either why people don't like the show...it's a different modern spin on the same old idea and I think they made a really good show....disappointed to find out it's canceled...
