I am a Army Vietnam veteran that served In the Central Highlands from September 1969 to September with the 1st Logistics Command. Since I did not serve in the Infantry, I enjoyed reading this first hand account of the operations described in this book. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in this war as it was actually conducted.
There is one correction of fact that I want to point out .In the second edition on pages 350 and 351, the Cambodia incursion was mentioned as taking place in 1971, it happened in 1970.
