A story about women empowerment told in a very entertaining and simple style. Hats off to the entire cast and team for bringing rural Indian life to screen. Feel good film that I would recommend to all irrespective of generation or gender. Two thumbs up!

A must watch in theater, a heartfelt movie. Amazing performances by Rukmini Vasant & Rakshit Shetty. Rukmini’s face and her eyes are haunting, I forgot that she is an actor while watching her as Priya. Her face is so real (no make up), her pain, her tears seem real, made me cry for Priya. Cinematography and BGM add to narrative beautifully. The emotions of the main characters are very palpable for the audience. I am happy I got to watch this in a theater as I am not sure I could find time to immerse myself into this beautiful story telling on OTT. It’s a slow burner but worth every minute. I can’t wait for part B! On a side note to the makers, please make a prequel to this movie to show us what makes their bond so strong? In reality relationships are fragile and takes work to keep it going. Priya and Manu’s backstory will be very inspiring to the new generation.
