Another King adaptation and my second favourite of all time. (The Green Mile is my first). This was one if those weird ones that tanked at the cinema and then, through word of mouth became one of the most watched videos. If you haven't seen it yet go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Can't think of a film with Denzel in that I've not liked. If you've seen Sully then you'll enjoy this. In fact, although Sully is based on actual events, I think this us better.

There have been many of Stephen King's books adapted to the screen, some of them an insult to the great author, but this is my favourite. Brilliant acting, great directing, poignant, tear inducing moments and the big moral question as to whether we really want to live forever. Whatever genre you're into, watch this.
