Personally I’m disappointed in this film. A great movie doesn’t have to have so much cursing. Way too vulgar. Some of the humor was funny. The acting was fantastic. Ed Helms always delivers. The kids didn’t need to curse either. You can get your point across with it. I know this was supposed to be a newer version from the kids eyes. The original actors were not in it. Which I didn’t think made much difference but still didn’t have the same effect. I didn’t like how they used some of the same elements as the original. Overall I don’t recommend it. It could have been better in a lot of ways.

Bella Thorne and Richard Harmon bring us a stellar performance in this amazing film about post apocalyptic times. Somewhat of a slow start but it takes off.
Friends Veronica(Thorne) and Kirk(Harmon) are on a mission to figure out why a spirit is trying to communicate with Veronica.
We first open with an explanation of what happened to the world ten years beforehand. An explosion caused a lot of people to die leaving behind "remnants" of who they once were. The remnants replay actions of what they used to do over and over but only for a few seconds then it disappears. As Veronica and Kirk try to unravel this mystery the pair find themselves realizing who they can and can't trust. The remnants are all around them and they can't hurt anyone living. Once a remnant is touched they disappear. This is the only way to tell if someone is alive or not.
Veronica and Kirk develop a great relationship that really speaks to the audience. These two are a fantastic pair. Some of the best performances. Scott Speer is a master director. One of his best films yet. This film will not leave you wanting more. These elements bring together a great story. The present interacting with the past is fantastic. Highly recommend this film. Stunning. Thrilling.

Henry Thomas plays a plumber who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He witnesses a murder of a well know business man all while cramped in a crawl space. The killers do everything they can to get him out so they can collect some cash. Robert(Thomas) has to make a choice. Life or die.
While the two killers are trying to get him out Robert comes up with several plans to break down the killers. The FBI is now in on an investigation on some illegally cut down trees. This leads back to the business man's cabin where Robert is trapped. Soon we have Robert's wife being held hostage and a new twist is introduced.
This film should have gotten better ratings. It was very well written and director L. Gustavo Cooper does a great job in delivering this film.
The acting is fantastic. Keeps you on edge. Smart. Brilliant. This film draws you in more and more as the minutes go by. Ruthless and dangerously good film of 2022

The acting was just ok in this film. The whole storyline was awful. Slow start. Slow slow, slow. Boring boring, boring.
Nolte’s worst film yet. Fernandez needs to up his standards on which films he does. This one highly disappointed the audience.
