Unrealistic!!! I am currently watching season 2, and keeps me entertained, but there are a lot of things that were unrealistic. The character Dr Neil Melendez, specializes in Cardiovascular-Thoracic surgery, is also doing abdominal surgeries which is a specialization of General Surgeon, hmmm….and also at some episode, assisting in a Neurosurgery case.????….surgery residents doing MRI and CT scans instead of Radiology Techs lol. and where are the nurses assisting bedside procedures, all done by surgical residents, are they under staffed??? Lol, The Korean Version is way better and realistic because they only focused on pediatric surgery and the characters portrayed there where pediatric surgeons, and also complete staffing, nurses, radiology techs and other allied health professionals, compared to US version of Good Doctors, the characters portrayed were doctors beyond extraordinary that can do other specialties out of their scope.
