I found the print small . I thought it could have been shorter.To the point . Create a positive environment. How ? If you are lower than low ? Love yourself first. How? On the street . Love yourself first! Cold . Hungry. Abused.. love yourself first. In a family home never worked . Family fed up. Not claiming benefits . Supporting the individual. But still supported. Not supported poor people with no family support . Your book is unrealistic. I bought it for my son 27 yr old . It did nothing . And how can they afford this book .
