On planet Earth (where I'm from) creating a movie that looks like a movie from another decade is not (in and of itself) enough to justify the former's existence.
If this was intended to be a poorly acted, wooden drama with few redeeming qualities beyond the over saturation of colors in the film (which I guess is a redeeming quality to many of the previous reviewers), congratulations! Mission: accomplished.
Maybe I'm just too unsophisticated for this film. Or maybe it's just bad. I'm sure it's the former but if you find yourself in love with this movie, please be sure not to invite me to your next cocktail party.
