One of the things lacking in this day in age with kids is their lack of imaginary play. This movie highlighted this which is fantastic! It also, showed the path Timmy takes to start to grow up and accept change and accept that he does in fact make mistakes and needs to apologize for it. I don't see this as teaching young children to disregard their homework or be mean to their teachers. This movie was about growth and how he needs to be accepting to other people and himself. Great movie!!!
