Ill keep this brief. Hotel is under renovations... We've been here for a month at $100+ a day. It's 4am I am very dehydrated. Its raining and to dangerous to go to the store. I went downstairs to ask for a bottle of water. I offered to pay tomorrow. I was told NO😔 So luckily I'm not choking to death!!!!!!!!! I'm so disappointed with the lack of empathy. I understand that Allllllll normal hotel services including breakfast and Housekeeping are on hold indefinitely, but a case of water is $3. This should be in the lobby Complimentary. Needless to say, it's time to go!
