This series was definitely a rollercoaster of emotions. For me, I didn’t have much motivation to keep reading it when I started the book. It was a little slow. But I promise you, that if you just stick with it, you will not regret it! It is so insanely intense, it consumes your every day thoughts! It is also crazy going through the main character, Juliette’s struggles, but also seeing her evolve, and become this amazing, confident leader is absolutely insane. I also love the characters the author formed. My personal favorite was Kenji, who has such a fun personality and is able to make the series a bit more up beat at times. The romance in this book was so surprising and so good. The only thing I would change about this book is the use of language, violence, and definitely details with the more “romantic” parts. There was a lot of times I would skip the pages, knowing there wasn’t really any purpose to reading it. It left me feeling uncomfortable. Other than those things, I totally recommend. It is definitely a fast pace book with many plot twists and intense scenes. Definitely hard to put down!
