The real joker was me for wasting my time and money on this movie. First things first, the movie is beautifully stunning looking and the actors did such amazing jobs That’s two positive aspects of the film. Second, the story is all over the place and I get the directions that the directors tried to do being a musical and all, personally it didn’t bother me at first until the movie kept progressing to the point where the characters started to sing when it was irrelevant to the current situation. I think what’s missing is a heavy narrative themed story that the first did an amazing job in delivering that. So that ending (Joker Folie A Deux.) well where do I begin, that ending was a total disrespect to both the audience and the first part (Joker.) I felt like someone spit in my face, it completely unscrewed everything that it did. Overall I suggest to save your money folks, just wait until it comes out on steam if you want to watch it( Even though I don’t recommend it.)

The movie was fun! Anyone who’s a fan of the franchise will love it! which was exactly the main core audience for it, and I get why critics are being harsh on it , if they aren’t familiar with the games at all they’ll have a hard time to have a warmed heart for it. As for me who personally enjoyed the games, you’ll definitely enjoy this ride! My only complaint is that I would’ve loved to see a certain antagonist to have more screen time:(

I have never felt terror and suspense from a horror movie in years. hardly any of them leave an impact on me, but my gosh these movie delivers everything what I expect from the genre. I hope it gets more recognition it deserves from in the years to come.
