I think a lot of the reviews come from people who never read the book first! Having read the book when I was younger and thoroughly enjoying it, it was a guilty pleasure to see it on screen after so many years! It was an easy watch, yes the acting wasn't amazing and yes the plot is a bit out there, but I actually thought it was a little nostalgic to see the book I'd read as a teen come to life:) recommend if you've read the book, want an easy watch, and a quick series to binge over a few hours!

Cringey, hard to watch, so many gross bodily fluid scenes like vomit and snot, didn't finish it so kudos to anyone who managed that. Don't waste your time!
