It’s just OK. “OK” feels like “utter garbage” after being blown away by Yellowstone and 1883. I haven’t lost hope and it’s still a decent watch. I just don’t feel connected to any of the characters. They’re kind of meh. As for the residential schools, it’s not fun to watch, but we know terrible things happened. There is likely more truth to this than we’d all choose to believe. I hope this part of the show is driving at something larger in the plot and not solely there to make us feel nauseous and guilty.
