The only things that they got right was Ursula looks, Ursula’s song, Vanessa singing in her room scene, the mermaid’s looks as in the tail, but the rest of the movie hate it. I mean Hallie is amazing singer and actress it’s just that the movie didn’t give me this magical feeling inside. There’s moments that was kinda awkward like Eric’s dramatic scene, scuttle and Sebastian rapping. That was the first time I was uncomfortable on watching a scene from a Disney movie., they only showed a few scenes of the sisters which was disappointing, Ariel on a rush to save Eric from Ursula. That was ok but I feel like they could’ve done better like add the animals attacking Vanessa. Ariel’s red hair. Her hair in movie looks like the ocean washed out all the red dye., The movie felt like it was kinda of rushing into things. Basically, the movie would have been better if they stick to the original story.
