Fringe is by far my favorite show. I have watched many over the decades. Step into a pocket universe with the characters, or watch the cast as they solve cases that hover on the fringes of science, and all contain a slightly twisted, macabre, or criminal element. As you watch each episode you grow with the characters, human and others, like Gene, the lab cow. "If you open your mind to the impossible sometimes you find the truth" in the words of Walter Bishop, my all-time favorite character of the show. He strikes me as a true scientist, because he does not limit his mind and goals to what has been done before. Instead he uses his background in chemistry & physics to consider things that have not been done in science yet to solve a case. Fringe has memorable and lovable characters, some macabre and freaky scenes, but just enough wit and mystery to keep you on the edge of your seat to want more. The final season is just as riveting as the previous, and the ending is really just an open new beginning. Fantastic!
