We love it but it would be SO MUCH BETTER if you matched apples with apples, i.e. do one episode on 1 star establishments, another with 2 star etc, etc. The problem is you can not realistically expect a fair match when you have a bargain-basement establishment compared to a ritzy boutique establishment. I always feel very sorry for the bog-standard establishment (for which there is a real demand) compared to a palace!
