Gaga doing standards is always a treat. But this brought me back to my childhood when my mother and I would watch old MGM musicals that featured many of these songs. Her voice is something special and her controlled yet emotive style is well on display on this album.

Basically a perfect show. It doesn't rely on hijinks, overly dramatic plot points, or unrealistic conflicts. It's just a simple love story that is beautifully told. The actors are believable as high schoolers. Can't say enough about this show. A+
