Some of the key concepts from the book are very enlightening. As someone who lost my elder sister recently - the last chapter was very awakening.
Sitting on the edge of a cliff and thinking about all the life that we have gone through z shame, embarassment and also looking to see that death is inevitable made me think humble and be blessed to have the remaining days in this planet earth.
Being part of something bigger than oneself - is a self discovery that may have to embark on to find what's that it's going to be. Thanks Mark a wonderful book indeed.
