Fandango is a pointless middleman. You pay extra for the "convenience" fee for worse customer service and you can get all the same information directly from the theater's website. Buying directly from the theater you pay less on the service charge and if something happens that you miss the movie the theater can work out other options. I had an emergency, I couldn't make it to the movies, and Fandango could not refund or provide tickets for another day. Fandango you lost a customer for life.
