I just watched it so 3 stars as in it's watchable but disappointed to some degree. I mean where's the representations of the real severus brothers who were not western european looking. They were of north african and middle eastern descent the same as their father septimius who also was mixed and of color. There mother julia was syrian born to arab parents. You even see a bust cast of geta behind the actor who plays him and he looks nothing like the cast. I don't even think italians or greeks are represented well in these historical films. The germanic people eventually conquered rome so that's basically what we see in these types of films roman leaders are often depicted as being nordic ancestry and to reflect western imperialism.
