The website for ordering is horribly designed. I just tried to place an order that offered a 50% discount by entering their promo code, TICKTOCK50, before 3 pm. It did not apply the discount when the APPLY button was clicked; it indicated the discount would be applied later in the process. I went on to complete the order. Not only did the order not process, Woman Within did NOT apply the discount, they emptied my on-line cart, did not process the order at all AND they processed a 'hold' for the whole $74.87 on my credit card. When I called their credit department, their representative, Erika, told me I'd have to wait 2-3 days for my card company to drop the placeholder charge off because Woman Within does not show any order from me! All of this happened before 11a Central Time, which is well before the 3pm deadline to get a 50% discount on my order.
Their website needs significant simplification for consumers to use!
