Kicking back in Kingston Jamaica, really enjoying this show!! Yes, some of the acting is corny and we know that Jade will eventually change her hairstyle. I find the comments about the daughter's light complexion perplexing! It is so commonplace in Jamaica for black couples to have kids of varying degrees of complexion. We simply give varying descriptions - 'well black' ,'black' dark complexion', 'browning', 'cool complexion' and l've been called "off white"....many more in between... What I would love to see is more of the ladies sporting their natural hair. It's a Marcus Garvey thing for me - you got to love and celebrate yourself! This show has me laughing out loud, often! I'll be glued, and will expect that it will get even better as the team works on it. Keep it up.
