Heidi could not have been more of a bully than she was to Gary, calling him "Gary from the prarie." Obviously he doesn't fit into her model world of how she perceives the world should be. Not every one today has the mantality of a 1950's woman. The world of sexuality is changing. So is what women want to wear.
