This show was great! It’s well written and the jokes are actually funny; very refreshing to see Muslim and Egyptian people portrayed as something other than one dimensional. The narrative of Egyptian or Muslim Americans isn’t portrayed well or dynamically in most cases so I was very excited to watch this show. Ramy is relatable and some episodes are told from other people’s perspective which also adds great depth to the story
