Dune: Part 2 for me in one line is "an absolute cinematic masterpiece". Villeneuve proved again why he is one of the best in the business. My ratings:- Direction- 5/5 Acting- 4/5 Action choreography- 4/5 Casting- 5/5 VFX- 5/5 Cinematography- 5/5 Plot- 3.5/5 Background score- 5/5 I bow before Denis Villeneuve, it's not an easy task to direct such a huge movie with high scale production budget while maintaining a horde of star-casts. And above all, the pressure of the fact that it's a sequel, the hype of the whole world was too high after the excellence of the first part. But yet he conquered all of it, & under pressure he delivered exactly what the audience all over the world was expecting, he didn't disappoint, he never does. Here he brings together Florence Pugh, Zendaya & Anya Taylor-Joy (brief cameo), three of the finest actresses of world cinema at present. The most admirable quality of this man is he knows how to use his actors, how much to use. About the plot, just one thing that is tickling in my mind is that the fate of the character Thufir Hawat hasn't been considered in the movie. This movie is must-watch in the theatre. If you want to watch, experience it in the hall, or don't watch at all. My Rating- 4.5/5

Animal, the movie that created havoc in the box office because of it's criticism & negativity. My ratings: Direction- 3.5/5 Plot- 3/5 Acting- Ranbir Kapoor- 4/5 (Best performance) Action- 3.5/5 Dialogues- 3.5/5 Music- 3.5/5 Casting- 4/5 The movie tells about a story of a son who madly loves his father & his obsession for vengeance when he learns about an attack on his father's life. Director Reddy attempts to take on the footsteps of the great, Tarantino, can evidently be inferred from this movie. The movie may be about family affairs, but, be informed, it's not a family movie, rated-R. My rating- 3/5.

Killers of the Flower Moon, a historical crime drama based on the Osage Indian murders during 1920-1930s, made in the perspective of the accused(s), is a perfectly directed piece of art, illustrating the magic of the great Martin Scorsese again like all his projects. You exactly get what you expect before watching one of his movies, & everytime he delivers it, unbelievably consistent, evidently depicting his might. His both most favorites, the legendary duo Robert De Niro & Leonardo DiCaprio, being Scorsese's old & regular accomplices, just nailed their characters again like always, no need of mentioning. Special mention goes to Lily Gladstone, who did a magnificent performance, a very difficult character to portray, but Gladstone just made it look like easy. I suppose this will easily be one of the finest performances of this year by a female actor, if not the finest. Rest all the actors were on point with their characters, did their job satisfactorily. Overall, after waiting for over a year, the movie was totally satisfying for me personally, with all the boxes ticked. This is a must-watch for all the cinema lovers across the globe.

The movie tells the story about a contract killer (lead character), his awareness & dedication towards his job. But shockingly a rare uneventful mistake by him led his profession to interfere in his personal life, insisting him to cut all the loose ends that endanger his family. But did he cut all? No one could fit better than Michael Fassbender in the lead role, delivering absolute justice to the character, brilliant acting throughout the movie taking almost 90% of the screentime. Other actors were good in their respective roles. David Fincher delivers almost all you expect, the mood he makes in his movies always. But just a bit of suspense that I felt was lacking in this movie, unlike his others. Performances & activities throughout the movie looked very natural & logical, which signifies the excellence in direction. I personally loved the action sequence between the Killer & the Brute, carried out in low lights at past mid-night time in the story, looked very genuine. Overall, if you like dark movies, you come home from your duty, have your dinner, then want to watch something late night before sleep, this is the one for you.

An important biopic, depicting not only the development of the first atomic bomb by US, racing against time, but also focusing on the period & circumstances revolving around the birth of the Cold War. A complete movie from every aspects, well ofcourse, it's the legend, Christopher Nolan. You don't need to enquire about the reviews & ratings at all before you plan to watch his movie. You just go in blind faith, & watch, you will never come out of the hall disappointed 100% assured. A must watch.

'The Whale' tells a story of a man named Charlie (portrayed by Brendan Fraser), an essay teacher, undergoing Depression of advanced stage, which he compensates by overeating, leading him to develop Binge Eating Disorder, & eventually dying of it. My praise on the performance of Brendan Fraser cannot be overstated, once in a lifetime performance, definitely his career-best. You want to see what's called acting, then watch him in this very movie, I assure you that you will be bound to clap. Acting by all the other actors are praiseworthy. The plot is nice & emotional, will make you weep pretty easily. Direction is brilliant, there can be no better portrayal of a morbidly obesed man than what's shown in this movie. Overall, to all the movie-lovers out there, this one is a piece of art, so a must watch.
