Coming off the earlier just cause games, this entry is massively disappointing. Just Cause 4 feels like a just cause 3 dlc with not much new to offer and clunkier gameplay. The characters are boring (aside from director king), gunplay is somehow more boring than the 3rd entry, and vehicle physics feel off. Everything feels clunky compared to earlier entries (including the 2nd entry of the series, which had it's oddities, but it's much more comparible to games such as Skate 3, where it can be seen as a goofy feature of the game that makes it's experiences unique). It honestly feels like just cause 3 was amazingly lazily remade. Weather stuff is kind of cool when it doesn't get in the way of what you're doing. Ammo is very limited, I found myself meleeing enemies to get ammo far too often, and the devs dropping the three weapon system from previous games just feels wrong. The graphics also seem very dated for a late PS4/Xbox one release, looking at games like spiderman on the PS4 made this release comparible to bf4 which was ported to the same gen consoles at release. It feels like a lazy, uninspired, and boring cash grab.
