COLD WAR-- A great film in it's subtly and restraint, propelled by great performances. It's a love story that is far more honest than you usually see in a movie. It takes place in Poland in the late forties as the Russians under Stalin were taking over the culture. Fantastically photographed in brilliant B&W. It wins on all levels.
