Florence Spurlin

VERY disappointed in the script. LOVE Kit Harington and Kiefer Sutherland but they just weren't enough to pull off the God AWFUL writing. The ONLY reason I'm giving this two stars instead of one is because of Kit Harington and Kiefer Sutherland.

Update: I have since rewatched this two more times and it just gets more and more intense with each viewing. The facial close ups are haunting. The way every single shot moves the real life story along is just outstanding. This is such a beautifully horrific movie. A TRUE anti-war film if ever there was one. It has overtaken Titanic as my all time favorite film

I LOVE John Cusack. This is the first John Cusack movie I watched with him playing a completely bad guy. He is such a great actor. The movie really has me in tears... Just an emotional roller coaster. And knowing it's based on true life makes it that much more intense. Definitely recommend for a time when you don't mind having the feels!
