I had high hopes for this movie, but the live action version of mulan completely left out all of the comedy of the original Disney version. They completely cut the ancestors out of the movie except for the occasional appearance of a phoenix. On it's own this is a good movie for the family however I prefer the original version which has comedy and is far less serious. Although this version does change so much that it could be considered it's very own movie and not a remake of the classic disney mulan.

This is a entertaining show. I have binged the 1st season in less than 3 days. My only complaint is this is completely a left leaning show. To say it isnt is to be in denial. They have multiple LGBTQ+ characters. They elect "gender neutral royalty" instead of a homecoming queen and king. They express how girls and boys in highschool should be able to sleep with whoever they want without judgement. They describe anyone who is not ok with these things as historic and outdated. However if you can get past the "progrssive" parts of this show then it is rather enjoyable. I consider myself a moderate and dont really have a problem with anything that is said or done in the show, but I would understand if others do.
