The rank system is easily exploited by purposely losing in rated to reach D rank and play quick play. Match making as a group can take up to 10 more minutes because the must find another group first. Custom games are sometimes rigged because the host can choose the if they wish to and custom games can sometimes waiting for the match to start can take just as long as match making for quick play as a group. There is a rare bug where if someone disconnects you get a penalty for leaving even if you click ready this bug still exists and I just got it again so I can’t play for a whole day. I know how costs and I was fully ready so it was my fault and now I can’t play for a whole day. A quality of life feature I wish they added is an option to increase your character’s look sensitivity when in the hub because it takes a whole 2 seconds just to turn around. The game can be fun at times but I feels like it 10+ year old game with stuff like a friends list not available in the game and no option to use a mic in game.
