Okay I genuinely thought that season one was a 4/5 star show with tons potential. As a fan of the game I was excited to how close to the source material they were sticking. I thought Pedro was a great Joel, Gabriel was a great Tommy, Anna was a great Tess, but then there is Bella as Ellie. I was not a huge fan of this casting decision but I was more than willing to give her a try as it seemed like she was trying to fit the part I loved her role in GoT. The reason I don’t have season one as a 5/5 stars is that my yellow flag was up and it seemed like they were injecting DEI for DEI’s sake. The game already has inclusion with the main (beloved) character being a lesbian and other beloved supporting cast being people of color. But the race swapping of Joel’s kid and Tommy’s wife directly contradict source material. I think it’s fair to say casting decisions fall under the straying from source material category. Now onto season two… oh boy I watched one episode and I am DONE. I’ve only seen glimpses of Bella Ramsey from GoT and I thought she was trying to be Ellie in season one but in season two she is actively destroying the show. She has now intentionally or unintentionally strayed so far from the source material of Ellie’s personality it angers me to watch her. Ellie was rebellious and wanted independence but Ellie was never a complete dick to Joel. Bella’s tone was so off in episode one and every time she appears on screen I roll my eyes and put my head back. Like I said, season one her tone and personality was close and it seemed like she was trying, but in season two Bella is trying to re invent the wheel to be a square just so she can stand out. Bella Ramsey is painful, her tone sucks, and she doesn’t fit the bill. She is the reason this show will not be a franchise hit. Abby kills Joel with a golf club in front of Ellie. Now that you know you don’t have to watch anymore. 2/5 stars - Last of Woke

I understand that this is overflow of the woke ages, and I hope this is one of the last woke slop coming out of Hollywood. It’s 2025 now, the country has spoken and the majority of the country is done with this shit. Politics aside, I had to watch this just to see how bad it truly was and oh boy was I not disappointed. This had to be the worst Disney movie I’ve ever seen. It was so bad and they absolutely massacred this princess. Rachel Zeglar was so out of it and it just looked like she was trying to act the whole time and not getting lost in the princess. I guess that was given how she shit talked the princess, prince, and the entire story in general. However, she can sing, I can’t shit talk her talent to sing but I can shit talk her talent to act because she has none. Gal Gadot, the smoke show queen has to pretend to be jealous of Rachel Zegler, which is just a major plot hole. So instead of looks they tried to make it so she was jealous of her personality? Bizarre. This is by far Gal Gadot’s worst work. You can tell she’s out of it, and almost like her acting shows that she already knew the film was going to bomb. Speaking of bizarre, borderline horrifying were the dwarfs. These CGI dwarfs were actually scary. Good thing they didn’t arrive until half way through the movie because Jesus they’re pure nightmare fuel. Why would you not use real people with dwarfism? With personality and humanity? Overall this is a 0/5 but I can’t rate it that low unfortunately. A more detailed breakdown would be as follows…. Plot: 0/5 - they butchered the story, and the plot was like nails on a chalkboard. Acting: 0/5 - I’m pretty sure the magic mirror told the cast the film would bomb and the acting was so low effort CGI: 0/5 - horrifying nightmare fuel, will scare your child Singing: 2/5 - I hate to say it but Rachel can sing, but she can’t act at all. Her talent would be best served as a high school theater instructor. But it is a 2/5 because the tune of auto tune was painfully obvious and the songs were forgettable. Overall this film is a monstrosity and a disgrace to Disney. I can’t believe they released this garbage and didn’t totally can it.

This movie was definitely not good. Personally feel like this was a 10 hour movie crammed into 2 hours and they left out all the important things and only included the unimportant things. The plot was so neglected and if you’re not paying attention in the first 5 minutes you’re screwed and will be confused for the remainder of the film. Skarsgard was great but you only saw him and his vampiric schlong 3-4 times. I guess Lily-Rose Depp was good but she was violently convulsing for 3/4 of the film and the remaining 1/4 was just close up shots of her areolas. In summary this was a big time disappointment. If you were looking for scary, skip. If you were looking for plot, skip. If you were looking for character development and a deep dive into a vampire’s life, skip. If you were looking for entertainment, skip. The silence in theaters is filled by snoring. This film really just feels like a run on sentence that never really connects with the viewer, oddly similar to the way Count Orlok spoke. Save yourself two hours.

I guess this is one last shitter of the woke ages. I feel like I speak for most here although most are quiet about it, but I’ve really just had enough. It is really frustrating when identity politics are not only injected but are force fed to the viewer. I really don’t care how someone identifies, if you’re happy who gives a fuck, but why do I need a 90 second lecture on it in not only 1 but 4 of the 7 episodes. More than half. This industry is fucked, infatuated on politics, enjoy your 50% viewer drop I guess. Season one was entertaining, a 3/5. Season two however… what a stinker. Super painful to watch. Aside from Netflix wokeifying yet another show, the acting was terrible from players 002-456. The only descent performance was from the frontman this season. Horrible cast, weird acting, the games were lame and uncreative, and spoiler alert, it ended leaving you hanging in typical Netflix fashion.

Really really good adaptation. I hope there is more seasons.

If rotten tomatoes gives it a 28% you know it’s going to slap. Absolutely hilarious anti woke comedy.

A film every person on the planet should watch.

Indiana jones and the dial of disaster, This movie is a disgrace to the franchise and film making. Don’t waste 3 hours of your life going to the theater to see this. Don’t even waste your time renting it at home. It is without doubt the worst movie I’ve seen in decades.

If you enjoy woke bingo, then season 6 is for you. I have a rule with new shows and movies if the woke bingo card gets filled out turn it off, such a shame I couldn’t finish any of the episodes. As soon as stranger things runs it course so will my Netflix subscription

Very strange movie. It was barely entertaining but overall was strange. The writing almost seemed to be for a younger audience, children almost. With that writing interweave excessive swearing, I guess the classic case of uncreative comedy equals cursing is funny. The gore was way over the top and the cgi on the gore looked like a college student did it during an unpaid internship. Back to the strangeness and overall confusion of the movie, I thought Nicholas Cage was great but all of the other actors unbelievable, forgettable and uninteresting including the main character renfield. Again this could be part of the “comedy” but I didn’t laugh once during this movie. Also, the main cop character was insufferable, completely ruined the film. This movie cements the my theory that Hollywood uses chatGPT to write their films.
