John Wick 3's cinematography, humor, and characters are as good, if not, better than its predecessors. There were times that I even laughed out loud! Keanu and Laurence are still entertaining actors despite how many films they've appeared in, this film is no exception. The lighting set the mood perfectly, with colorful rainy settings, dark green rooms, and dry deserts, I never felt like Wick was recorded behind a camera. But, that's where my praise ends. Very little plot can be found in this entry, which is frustrating as a story makes up at least 50% of a movie in my book. The dialogue was also a step down; John and the "High Table" characters felt very robotic at times. The words coming out of their mouths were so off and bizarre. And we can't possibly forget about the action. Action can be good and set the plot in an intense feeling; this hardly does such. Sequences lasted much longer than I hoped, added with the Deja-vu "Top assassins" and "Dogs biting men" being constant really makes you strum your fingers waiting for something substantial to happen. In the end, John Wick 3 is the weakest of the trilogy. It has fun with the action genre, humor made me laugh, and the visuals were eye-candy. But the long action scenes and the missing plot drag it down from greatness.
