This book is a tried and true resource for any mature believer who desires to grow in their ability to help others learn more about becoming and growing as a disciple. Filled with practical tools and wisdom. My only complaint is that the book is longer than it needs to be, thorough almost to a fault. I would love an updated release of this title.
