It tries hard, but none of it really makes sense. We're supposed to empathize with the AI 'weapon' because it looks like a kid and seems to have emtions? The non AI American bullies have all the best tech, while in the AI powered 'New Asia' they live like peasants? Turns out AI nuked LA by mistake due to a human programming error, but no one bothered to point it out for 10 years...? I could go on but you get the point. Good visuals got it an extra star.
