Kelli Gibbs

I was stuck trying to get into this book for a month. I am usually a voracious reader, but I struggled connecting to this one. BUT- I am so glad I stuck it out! The insanity builds and builds and the plot and characters become more unhinged and desperate. I decided to read this book because I had just finished The Luminaries and decided I loved Eleanor Catton. If you choose this read, don’t despair in the first 1/3 of the book, she really is setting everyone up for a fantastic ending. I just loved it! Well done!
