A review WITHOUT spoilers. I have been a kdrama fan for the past 5 years and Squid Game is one of the most unique kdramas I've watched so far. It was suspenseful and thrilling from the start till the last episode no wonder it became viral and one of the most watched Netflix series. There are a lot of trigger warnings so the drama can be gory for some people. There are some hidden messages to the society. I think Hwang Dong Hyuk (director and screen writer) conveys a deep message about the socio-economic difference between the rich and the poor. All the actors did justice to their characters. I personally enjoyed it since I'm a fan of crime, survival and thriller genres. Eagerly waiting for S2!

Absolutely loved Twinkling Watermelon! My dad became disabled because of an accident in the past. I'm a child of a disabled parent and some scenes in the kdrama had me bawling my eyes out because I could personally relate to the incidents and characters in Twinkling Watermelon. The director and actors conveyed the emotions so well at the same time the script writer managed to give them all a happy ending. I watched this drama almost 9 months after it's release. Many of my fellow kdrama fans kept recommending it so I wanted to watch it. Go ahead and watch it if you love a comforting, coming of age and slice of life genre kdrama.

I'm a k-drama fan but I would give a zero for this k-drama if I could! Using BTS members name and birthday to portray deceased ones and suicide is such a sensitive topic. Using Taehyung and Jungkook's names and birthdays for deceased is so disrespectful and rude! There are thousands of other random names and birthdays why use BTS members names & birthdays? I'm sure the one behind this is a bitter person who hates bts for their success in the music industry and as the biggest band in the world.

Must listen to this album! My favourite song in this album was Blood Sweat and Tears and the Music Video is a must watch. The MV is a very beautiful masterpiece. It's pure art with many symbolisms. BTS has depicted the Blood Sweat and Tears MV in the most beautiful way. My first MV of BTS was Blood Sweat and Tears. Now I'm a proud ARMY. All their songs are amazing. Love my 7 angels. Bangtan Sonyeondan fighting! ARMY fighting!

I recommend Penthouse only if you watch the crime thriller genre as it is a serious kdrama. Watching this drama was like a roller coaster ride. It had many unexpected plot twists. The cinematography, soundtracks, BGM and the setting was exceptional! The cast was amazing with their acting. I especially loved Choen Seo Jin and Ju Dan Tae's acting. Yes some parts of the plot were illogical but hey it's a kdrama! 😂 The first half of season 1 is a little slow paced however if you keep watching, this series will keep you hooked till the end of season 3. The story conveys the reality of this materialistic world where some rich people chase after money, status and power and will go to any lengths to keep them. SPOILER ALERT The only part I didn't like about Penthouse is that almost all the main characters both protagonists and antagonists were dead by the end of the series. PS: I finished watching Penthouse long back in January 2022. I just got reminded of the drama because I listen to the title theme OST often and I felt like writing a review.
