I have no expectations before watching this, i'm just looking for a light and feel good movie — but ohmylord was it so heartwarming and sincere. The drama is made emotional yet hopeful at the same time. It makes me feel, once again, like i could love and just open my heart. "I live so i love" that kind of vibes and like, "you erode all my edges and turn me into love" kind of movie. In summary, its a movie that feels like walking in the seashore while the warm ray from dusk touches your skin, at the same time, it feels like the morning breeze greeting you. It's simple but oh so emotionally satisfying.

It had such a low movie review from critics, but you know, as a normal human being watching this I can only say one thing — it's a sentimental, well-written movie. It touches reality and has juggled the right pacing with friendship (which is its core) and grief. I could say for sure, critics who reviewed this badly mostly has a personal insecurity with the actresses, especially seeing as the critics spouting baseless reviews are women and mostly targeted the actresses' acting skills (which is top tier honestly).

Immortality--such an interesting concept indeed. But what caught me in is the realistic portrayal of society, where the rich keeps getting rich and the poor dies. Timely and relevant isn't it? The only difference is that sustaining life here is made simplified by a body watch which makes the storyline more interesting and complex. Why does this receive such low reviews, I wonder? Does the critics truly believe this is just another nonsense sci-fi? Or they just failed to look beyond what their standards set?
