I’ve been playing NHL online since NHL 17. This is the worst game yet. I did the 10-hour trial. I have integrity for the game and play with the skill stick controls because the total controls feature is a joke. No way people should have the ease of just spamming normal buttons to make skill moves or hip checks. The fact EA has the audacity to make the Michigan and hip checks so simple to do, is disrespectful to the true hockey fans that practiced hours to perfect the moves. The skating is slow. Not being able to hold the puck with “A” and it being reverse hitting now is stupid. The only good thing is the passing feature. If you want to play this game, just wait till it’s free on game pass. I will definitely not give EA my money for this garbage game.
