The commercials made it look like this was going to be some sort of psychological terror or horror movie… It was just a movie about a bad mother-in-law. There was no horror element, there was no terror element. Just a shitty mother-in-law. (Pun not Intended.) But even as a movie about a shitty mother-in-law, it still wasn’t good. It was boring. It was weird. It was even cringe at times. Like when Belinda told Noah that Solange was incontinent. I find it hard to believe that any normal person wouldn’t do that in private. It just seemed really unrealistic and dumb.
