Entirely predictable and boring. What is up with these Netflix Ryan Reynolds movies? Seems flimsy

All I can say about this movie is "meh...". The movie seems like it was made on a slim budget, the acting by some of the veterans was legit, but overall a disappointment and forgettable. Not sure why they didn't turn this into a longer trilogy, the material is certainly there as is the audience hungry for the richness in story telling...there was just too much foreshadowing and not enough character development. It's hard to connect to any of the characters...no matter what happens to whom...you just go...oh okay they need to do this to keep the story moving forward.

What a terrible movie, so much promise squandered. Good actors and actresses, but terrible script...just bad writing, people writing about stuff that they do not understand...the mob is clownishly incompetent...just ugh
