I have following points 1-how come brahmanand is arrested, whereas he had only taken the victim to her parents and suggested for hospitalisation,is it possible that after doing the crime a person will dare to take the victim to her parents? 2-the court has not paraded the other 4 accused,to confirm whether Brahmanand was involved the crime. 3-Gargi along with the lawyer had done the best to prove the innocence of brahmanand,they had proved police incapability,victims father adamant to involve brahmanand,non matching of DNA In view of the above the court decision was not clear. 4-the victim was not in her senses to identify properly,just because as brahmanand had taken to her house and after gaining some sense she must have seen the face of brahmanand? 5-result should have been in favour of Gargi so prove the trial by media as wrong
