Just drinking my first bone broth this morning the French onion. It’s pretty good.
I have Hashimotos and I’m hoping this will hell my joints . I wish the sodium wasn’t so high.
I’m not how to implement this in my diet.
Do I drink 2 of these bone broths a day with a healthy meal. I’m desperate to lose weight. As my joints hurt. I need to lose 40Lbs .
I would appreciate any advice.
