Generally poor movie. Any decent joke was played in the trailer and the rest was boring and forgettable. Animation was particularly low quality for something in 2016, looks more at home in 2002 with Jimmy Neutron. I say skip, because even if you're bored and have nothing better to do, I'm sure there's something more interesting on Netflix.
